Centre[3] is extremely proud to present our annual Art Education & Community Arts Exhibition:

Centre[3] uses art as a vehicle to educate, connect, and collaborate with its participants on a local, regional, national level. Our Art Education & Community Arts Program collabrates with diverse schools and community groups across our region in a creative experience. Connecting Art, Education and Community, Centre[3] helps our community distinguish itself.

Over the past 9 months, Centre[3] for Print and Media Arts’ specialized community and educational programming was brought to over 20 schools and organizations in Hamilton’s core and surrounding areas, including: NuSteel, NuDeal, Prince of Wales, Roden Public, Hopewell, Sir John A MacDonald, Hess Street, Westwood, Bennetto, Delta Sec-ondary, Cathy Wever, White Oaks Secondary, Dr. Davey, Art Forms, ReCreate, Mental Health Rights Coalition, and Wesley Urban Ministries’ Neighbourhood & Newcomer Services—subsequently reaching over 1500 children, youth, adults, and seniors.

These special programs would not have been possible without the funding and contributions from The Trillium Foundation, Laidlaw Foundation, ArcelorMittal Dofasco, The City of Hamilton, Incite Foundation for the Arts, Turkstra Lumber, Canada Council for the Arts, and The Ontario Arts Council.
