Mackenzy Albright was born in rural Minnesota in 1985. He received his MA from Mankato University (2009) and his MFA from the University of Alberta (2013). By drawing on cultural and political metaphors from basic materials and everyday objects, Albright chronicles ideas on technological advancement and progress by exploring the aesthetics of speed and movement.
