Protocol update: Proof of vaccination policy

- All members booking studio sessions will be required to provide proof of vaccination upon or prior to their arrival at Centre3. Individuals can access their proof of immunization by downloading or printing their vaccine receipt from the provincial booking portal, or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Booking Line at 1-833-943-3900.
- Proof of vaccination and ID, such as a driver’s license or health card, must be confirmed by a staff member at the front desk upon arrival.
- Members of Centre3 with studio bookings may opt to provide their proof of vaccination via email to admin@centre3.com, prior to their studio time.
Individuals who cannot receive the vaccine due to medical exemptions will be permitted entry with a doctor’s note until recognized medical exemptions can be integrated as part of a digital vaccine certificate.
Children who are 11 years of age and younger and unable to be vaccinated will also be exempted from these requirements. Please note that proof of prior COVID-19 infection is not a substitute for the vaccination receipt.
