Team Building Workshop

Class will be on every Thursdays: Dec 5th, 12th, 19th

Boost team morale and creativity with our engaging printmaking workshops. Choose from monotype, linocut, or screen printing to foster teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Painterly

Printing

Using non-toxic, waterbased inks, and image references, participants paint 

on clear acrylic plates and print their paintings onto paper with a printing press. 3.5hrs. All materials included. 

Linocut
Relief
Printing

Participants carve on soft linoleum blocks 

and print multiples of their images with oil-based ink. 3.5hrs. All materials included. 

Collaborative Screen-Printing workshop

Working collaboratively in groups, participants create drawings or photos that are assembled into a collective design. The designs are then edited for the screen printing process and printed onto shirts and totes. Participants are welcome to bring their own garments to print on. 3.5hrs. All materials included.

T-shirt printing workshop. Screen print your custom design on t-shirts or totes.
Using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator editing software, participants will learn how to edit and expose their custom designs onto a silkscreen and print onto either t-shirts or tote bags. Blank t-shirts will be available for purchase at Centre 3 on the day of the course – colors and sizes are limited.
$125 for Centre[3] members/ $150 for non-members

DIY Holiday Craft & Card-Making

Drop-In Studio Sessions (includes 3 cards)

Dates: Friday, December 13 Saturday, December 14 Saturday, December 21

Get creative and spread some holiday cheer! Join us for a drop-in studio session where you can design and create unique holiday cards, buttons, stamps, and stickers using traditional printmaking and embossing techniques. All skill levels are welcome! 

  What to expect: 

  • A variety of printmaking and embossing tools and materials 
  • Step-by-step guidance from our friendly staff 
  • A festive atmosphere and the opportunity to meet other creative individuals 

All materials provided. Participants are also welcome to bring their own supplies. 

Join our workshops to learn traditional printmaking techniques, digital media creation, and professional arts development opportunities!

In this workshop, participants will collect samples of the curated and unwanted plants growing near Centre[3], then soak our plants in an organic developer and experiment with 16mm and 35mm film stock and photo paper for the rest of the afternoon.

All materials will be provided.
