Schedule: Two-day Saturday experience

Create your own wearable artwork through screen printing. Guided by expert printmaker Matt McInnes, you'll design an original image and transfer it onto a T-shirt. Explore what designs print successfully, pick up practical tips, and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece. All materials provided — including your blank tee. No prior experience needed.

Wall Sculpture

Design imaginative wall-mounted sculptures that are expressive, unique and ready to display. Guided by sculptor Evelyn Sorochan-Ruland, you'll explore colour, form, texture and three-dimensional composition — learning hands-on techniques using chicken wire and a variety of recycled and craft materials to create a lasting work of art.

Introduction to Traditional Printmaking: The Multi-Process Studio

Multiple Dates: Saturdays March 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, April 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th, 2026

Time: 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

This 8-week course offers an immersive, hands-on introduction to the versatile world of printmaking, designed specifically for beginners. Participants will explore the unique graphic qualities of four print processes: relief, monotypes, drypoint and screen printing. Through a mix of demonstrations and studio practice, you will learn to translate your drawings and ideas into unique and beautiful prints.

Two-Colour Screen Printing

Instructor: Julio Ferrer

Location: Centre[3] for Artistic and Social Practice, Screen Printing Studio

Dates: Tuesdays, March 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th, 2026

Time: 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Are you looking for a hands-on way to develop your art practice? Join Julio Ferrer to create a two-colour screen print. Using traditional drawing tools (brush and ink), participants will learn to create an image for a two-colour serigraph. Receive instruction in screen coating and exposure, manual colour separation, material handling, and printing a small edition run (3 to 5 prints). Screen reclaiming and discussion of artwork will be included as well.
